We establish what the site is and what it can become, set out the approval path, assemble and manage the consultants the project needs, and produce or coordinate the documents the jurisdiction reviews. One engagement covers the work from the first question through permit issuance, and into construction where the project needs it.

Yes, and we recommend it. A feasibility study is a site visit, a zoning and land use review, a code review against the specific jurisdiction, and a written determination of whether the project as described can be permitted, what it would require, and what would have to change.

It depends on the city, the zone, the lot and what sits on it. A middle housing yield study answers it for your parcel: the units allowed, the split or plat path, utilities and frontage, and the cost and schedule of each option. Buildings beyond four units, or larger than the state exemptions allow, are designed by a licensed architect that SASHKOV brings into the contract.

In most cases the path is the same: document what was built, provide the reports the jurisdiction asks for, and submit a permit that legalizes the work or lets it resume. The notice tells us where to start.
