Who we are
Every project starts with the ground it sits on. SASHKOV establishes what a site is, what it can become and what stands in the way, then carries the project through approval and into construction.
SASHKOV delivers documents: the site records, feasibility determinations and permit documents that a jurisdiction reviews, a lender reads and a contractor builds from.
How SASHKOV works
Every licensed scope a project needs (survey, geotechnical, structural, civil and MEP) is defined, contracted, scheduled and checked under one SASHKOV contract, with one point of accountability through permit issuance.
SASHKOV obtains the jurisdiction’s answer in writing before capital is invested, then carries the project through to an issued permit.
Sets follow the US National CAD Standard and are issued under a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001.
Where a project requires a licensed architect or engineer, SASHKOV brings them into the contract and they seal their scopes.
