Buildable Area Determination

Where a building can go once setbacks, easements, slopes and critical area buffers are applied. When the answer depends on exact lines and grades, SASHKOV brings a licensed land surveyor into the contract.

Critical Areas & Geologic Hazard Coordination

Steep slopes, landslide areas, wetlands, streams and regulated trees identified before they stop a project. SASHKOV scopes what the code requires and brings the geotechnical, arborist or wetland professional into the contract.
