Permit Document Sets

Drawing sets prepared to the receiving jurisdiction's submittal standard. When the project needs structural, civil or mechanical design, SASHKOV brings the licensed engineers into the contract and integrates their sheets into one coordinated set.

Existing Conditions Documentation

Measured documentation of buildings and sites as they stand: plans, elevations, openings, fixtures and utilities. 3D scanning is added where the building warrants it.

Construction Administration

Submittal tracking, jurisdiction coordination and responses to field questions within SASHKOV's scope.

I was told my farm building does not need a permit. Is that true?

It may be, and the exemption is narrower than most people are told. It generally covers storing farm equipment and produce or housing livestock, and it tends to end once there is human occupancy, retail sale, public access or employees working in the structure. An office or a restroom is usually enough to end it. We give you that answer in writing before the building goes up.
