How many units can my lot carry under HB 1110 or Oregon's middle housing rules?

It depends on the city, the zone, the lot and what sits on it. A middle housing yield study answers it for your parcel: the units allowed, the split or plat path, utilities and frontage, and the cost and schedule of each option. Buildings beyond four units, or larger than the state exemptions allow, are designed by a licensed architect that SASHKOV brings into the contract.
